Emily Youngblood, owner of Blessed Unions, has been passionate about weddings, design, and decor since she
was a young girl. With both parents having a special talent for interior design, she has always had a distinct
eye for detail and making the smaller touches come together to create a bigger picture.
Emily grew up in Fort Worth,
so she is familiar with the most popular
to the smaller-known venues and vendors in
the area. She
studied literature and received her Master of Arts in Teaching at Austin
College in Sherman, Texas. It
was when Emily was faced with the challenge of planning her own wedding
from out of town and her mother living even
farther away, that
she came to realize the necessity of |
| having
a wedding planner. Regretful of some of her own vendor decisions due to lack
of time and resources, she learned she
could take this experience and prevent other brides from experiencing
the same disappointment. Emily worked
under her mentor and former owner of Blessed Unions, Julie Campbell, then received her certification from The
Association of Bridal Consultants. She feels blessed
to have the perfect job where she can
take her interest in colors and design,
attention to detail, and passion for working with
people and assist brides in making the
wedding planning process both enjoyable and memorable. |
